Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

By making a booking with an accommodation provider, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that accommodation provider, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the accommodation provider that may apply to your booking or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the accommodation provider (terms and conditions of an accommodation provider can be obtained with the relevant accommodation provider).Cancellation of Tour 7 days before the tour begins has no refund.

Please note that a booking which requires full payment may be cancelled (without a prior notice of default or warning) in accordance with the relevant payment policy of the accommodation and the booking.

Refund Policy:

The Refund will take between 2-4 weeks depends upon the payment method (Cash, Credit card, Debit card). Usually the cash and Internet transfers are swift but the credit card will take longer to show the amount back on your credit card statement. Reasons for this are the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the cancellation and no-show policy of the accommodation provider, time of cancellation and processing fees. If the Holidaymaker has paid any money in respect of a Property and that Property subsequently becomes unavailable, the Ootycottages will refund all money paid by the Holidaymaker.
