What are the Check-in and Check-out timing?

Most lettings commence at 12.00 pm on the first day of your holiday and end at 11.00 am on the day of departure unless otherwise specified in the Villa description. This ensures the Owner has sufficient time to prepare the cottage for incoming guests.

How are properties chosen on Villas Goa?

We go through scrutinized process to select and register properties on our site. We offer great price, keeping quality intact. We also do keep regular checks on them to be sure about if they are not compromising on their quality.

What does Villas Goa do?

When will I receive my booking confirmation/ Vouchers to the package?

You will receive a booking confirmation when a deposit payment has been made, a second confirmation along with booking vouchers for your holiday will be sent when you paid in full.

What happens if there is any damage or losses caused by the guests?

A villa is typically someone’s home. Any damage or losses caused during your stay, as well as any special cleaning requirements will be your responsibility and will have to be settled by you on that given day. In cases of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage at any time during the period of your stay, the owner may require you to vacate the villa immediately, without compensation or refund, after settlement of the losses.

Are pets allowed?

Most of our stays do not allow pets, unless agreed in writing in advance.

Are we allowed to entertain guests in the villa/apartment?

Guests are allowed in the villa only after notifying the Manager or the frontdesk. However, we do not allow overnight stay for guests.

How many people are allowed in one villa/apartment?

Every villa has a policy regarding maximum occupancy. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the villa must not exceed the maximum number of people indicated in our offer mail. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

How are bookings made?

Our 24/7 concierge sales and reservations team is always available to help you with your travel planning and help you in selecting the best possible Villa for a memorable holiday.
Our pre-arrival service with the lead guest/organizer is taken to the extreme to make sure no time is wasted once your holiday begins. And once at the villa/s, the manager takes over to act as your PA/concierge/tour guide.

How do I book a Villa?

As you are probably on the website while reading this, you will find that the easiest way to book is online or offline by calling or sending an email at Sales@Privateholidays.In.

Click ‘Book now’ on the right hand side of each property details page to take you to the secure online booking form.

This will take you to a booking form where you need to provide the booking details.

Are there any additional costs?

We do not charge any additional fees for electricity, water and housekeeping. Any other additional expenses, unless specified in your confirmation voucher, such as food and beverages, telephone, internet charges will be billed to you at actual.

What are the booking fees?

Our service is free of charge because, unlike many other parties, we will not charge you for our service or add any additional (booking) fees to the room rate. Government service charges are applicable.

How can I pay to book a Villa?

If your holiday is more than 2 weeks away you can secure your booking by paying a deposit of 30% of the total price of the package. The full balance must then be paid no later than a week before your holiday commences.

What should I do if I don’t receive a confirmation email?

If you have not received the confirmation of your reservation within 48 hours of making the request, please contact our Customer Care Team on +91-8880924391 . One of our agents will verify the status of your reservation and send you, where applicable, confirmation of the purchase.

What is your cancellation/amendment policy?

If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, a written notice of cancellation must be sent to Villas Goa. All cancellation notices received by Villas Goa will be acknowledged in writing.
Bookings are non transferrable. Bookings can also be postponed; however, will be treated as a new booking, subject to availability and applicable rates for that period.

Do rates include taxes?

No Service tax is added to rates at time of booking and are payable with accommodation. Taxes are made transparent at the time of enquiry. Feel free to talk to our Live Travel Support.

What if I need to cancel or make a date change?

As changes to your reservation or cancellations affect us greatly, Deposits and final payments are non-refundable, however, bookings can be moved out to anywhere within 12 months of the original booking dates, subject only to availability (prices will change if there is a change of season). One change of dates allowed only and if within 8 weeks of check-in a 50% penalty will apply (75% for peak period bookings).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by debit cards and credit cards (Visa or MasterCard). A 3% charge will be made for all credit card transactions (there is no charge for debit cards).

When do I make payment?

To guarantee a reservation a deposit of 50 per cent of the rental amount must be received by Villas Goa management within 5 working days of the confirmation of reservation being provided.
For non-Peak Season bookings, final payment is required 60 days prior to check-in.
For Peak Season bookings, final payment is required 90 days prior to check-in.
